Just some Recipes & Concoctions from Here & There & that Id like to Share*
Space Clearing Incense
1 Part Sandalwood
3 Parts Dried Sage Leaves (Source Responsibly or Substitute)
3 Parts Copal
3 Parts Frankincense
Grind together & Sprinkle upon a Hot Coal.
Super Cleanse Incense
1 Part Rue
1 Part Fankincense
1 Part Sandalwood
1 Part Camphor
1 Part Hyssop
Poppet / Effigy / Doll Stuffing
Use Rice, Beans, Lentils, or any other Grain for Base of Stuffing
Eggshells for Protection, I also use to keep alert. Eyes & Ears open!
Snakeskin to Welcome Change, Progression, Transformation.
Rose Petals for Love, Always.
Lavender & Chamomile to help remain Cool, Calm & Collected.
All Spice for Determination.
Rosemary for Cleansing in my Corresponding Element of Fire
Cinnamon for Courage & Passion.
I am sure I am forgetting many components as many extra ingredients make it into my go to concoctions via intuitively grabbing and adding ❤
Add or substitute any material as you see fit!
As a side note : I do use Rice that is no longer fresh enough for consumption as to not waste fresh food that can feed, fuel & fill a hungry belly.
Ask your neighbors or family members, someone is surely to have a bag of rice, beans, lentils, grains in general, they may not have gotten to in time!
Florida Water
- Grain Alcohol (60 Proof or higher)
- Citrus Peels, I use dried slices
- Citrus Leaves, I use Lemon & Lime
- Jasmine
- Lavender
- Rose Petals
- Cinnamon Sticks
- All-Spice
- Cloves
- Mint
- Basil
- Orange / Rose / Any Floral Waters may also be added*
- Throw in a Butterfly Pea Flower for some optional color*
The ingredients in this given recipe are subject to change through the extensive & complex nets of variables that we know as Culture & Personal Practice, they can also be substituted for what you may have on hand or prefer.*
Essential Oils may be used in place of Fresh / Dried Ingredients*

Speed It Up Spell
Recommended Components : Ground Cinnamon or Coffee, Olive Oil & a Red Candle.
Take Your Red (or White, or whatever signifies Action & Energy to You).
Anoint in Olive Oil with Your Intentions flowing. , Olive Oil here to signify : a Peaceful Success, Stamina & Abundance Always.
Sprinkle with Your Choice of ‘Seasoning’, for this I usually go with Coffee for its incredible ability to ‘get things going’.
If Cinnamon, for its all round perfection, really.
For so much & for here specifically, Energy, Passion, Prosperity, etc.
Allow the Candle to burn as your deeply reflect & picture apart that in which You aim.
You may recite the Incantation of ‘With this Spell / Candle, bring Speed / Urgency to ____.’*
You do not have to burn the Candle completely down in one ‘sitting’*
Both Coffee & Cinnamon have Brutally Divine Fragrances on Their own. The smell alone with get you in Focus*
Olive oil can be used to substitute just about any Oil One may find they need, the Quartz or Rosemary of Oils*
